Kerry Bloodsaw received her Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School in 2016 and went on to pass the Georgia Bar that same year. Kerry practiced law in Georgia for several years, where she zealously advocated for her clients as a public defender in the City of Atlanta. During her time as a public defender, Kerry litigated hundreds of cases from low-level drug offenses to felony murder. She won several hearings spanning from preliminary hearings to Motions to Suppress and Dismiss.
After relocating to Austin in 2019 and starting her career with Bertolino LLP, Kerry worked as a Senior Law Clerk, pending her Texas Bar License. During this time, she began cultivating relationships with board investigators and staff attorneys. Once Kerry received her Texas Bar License, she was quickly hired as an Associate for Bertolino Law Firm. Since her time with the firm, Kerry has worked with numerous physicians, teachers, therapists, dentists, law students, nurses, engineers, accountants, and a variety of other licensees to assist them during informal and formal investigations with their respective agencies. Ms. Bloodsaw has successfully negotiated dismissals, private reprimands, and confidential orders for many of her clients. Further, she formally litigated several matters in the State Office of Administrative Hearings and was successful in obtaining positive results for her clients.
