Ms. Bloodsaw graduated with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the State University of New York at Albany in 2011. She received her Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School in 2016 and went on to pass the Georgia Bar that same year. Kerry practiced law in Georgia for almost three years, where she zealously advocated for her clients as a public defender in the City of Atlanta. During her time as a public defender, Kerry litigated hundreds of cases from low-level drug offenses to felony murder. She won several hearings spanning from preliminary hearings to Motions to Suppress and Dismiss.
In May of 2019, Kerry relocated to the Austin, Texas area with her spouse, who was transferred to Fort Hood, Texas. She worked for Bertolino LLP as a senior law clerk, cultivating relationships with board investigators and staff attorneys, prior to becoming an associate for the firm.
