November 13, 2021 – 5th Annual Veterans Day 5K

Co-organized by Bertolino LLP, T.H.E. Veteran's Day 5K is an annual run to support the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program and to show our support for our nation's men & women in uniform. The event will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 8 am to noon at Fritz Park on Park Avenue in the Austin suburb of Hutto, Texas.
Information about the event can be found on Facebook. Anyone interested in registering for the 5th Annual Veterans Day 5K can do so now online. Tiered pricing is being offered so register early for this family-friendly event in honor of our nation’s Veterans.
Team Bertolino and Total Health Evolution will also have a registration tent at the Brushy Creek Amphitheater during their Third Annual 4th of July Celebration. Join us from 4:30 - 9:00 p.m. for an amazing Independence Day with live music, food and fun, and sign up for the Veteran's Day 5K.
Finisher medals will be provided to the first 250 runners who register for the event. Participants will also receive swag bags from local vendors and an electronic chip for those who want to track their times.

December 6, 2020 – The SAFE Alliance
Proud sponsor of program that provides Christmas gifts for Austin families
Bertolino LLP, proudly supports the 2020 Annual S.A.F.E. Alliance Fundraiser. This year, our law firm sponsored a S.A.F.E. holiday wish list to provide a family in need in greater Austin with their holiday wishes. Bertolino LLP, employees Sheri, Jade and London helped organize the law firm’s donation and personally package the Christmas presents for this year's family in need. Our generous donation to the 2020 S.A.F.E. Holidays Program helped provide Christmas gifts for an Austin family of five.
S.A.F.E.'s mission is to stop abuse for everyone (S.A.F.E.) in the Austin area. The SAFE Alliance is a merger of Austin Children’s Shelter and SafePlace, long-standing and respected human service agencies in Austin serving the survivors of child abuse, sexual assault and exploitation, and domestic violence.

Bertolino LLP, has been the main sponsor of this annual event for the last four years. The 2020 5K Veterans Day walk in support of the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program and in honor of our nation’s Veterans was held on Nov. 7, 2020 at Fritz Park in the Austin suburb of Hutto, Texas.

October 24, 2020 – Out of the Darkness Walk
Sponsor of event supporting suicide prevention efforts
Bertolino LLP, proudly sponsored and participated in the 2020 Out of the Darkness Walk in support of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. The event was held Oct. 24, 2020 and marked the second year in a row Bertolino, LLP helped sponsor and had a team participate in the walk organized by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Central Texas Chapter. The 2019 walk in Austin was held on Nov. 2, 2019. Our law firm will sponsor and participate in the 2021 Austin event, which will be held on a date to be determined.
Out of the Darkness Walks are held in different cities nationwide. The walks help raise much-needed funds and awareness about suicide, sending a strong message that suicide is preventable and that no one is alone. Proceeds from these walks enable local chapters of the American Foundation for Suicide to provide innovative programs that educate the public about risk factors, warning signs, suicide research and outreach programs designed to help individuals who have lost someone to suicide.
