Revisions to Texas Licensed Midwives Informed Choice and Disclosure Form
The practice of midwifery in Texas is regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). The TDLR's Midwives program regulates licensed midwives and approved midwifery education courses.
