Attorney Messer is a managing partner of Cummings & Messer, Attorneys at Law, which serves as "of counsel" for Bertolino, LLP on immigration law issues. She is assertive, but remains down to earth. She is a truly brave advocate for her clients. She is ambitious and hardworking. She communicates well with others, is professional, can be relied upon to undertake time sensitive tasks. In law school, she travelled abroad to study the European legal system and the International Sale of Goods (CISG in Comparative Perspective). She also trained under Jurist Chief Judge Anthony Scirica of the Third Circuit and others while studying comparative constitutional law and international business transactions. She graduated earning concentrations in both International Law and Business Transactions. In the years since law school, she has gained working experience in immigration law services including, but not limited to, nonimmigrant business visas (B1,H-1B,L-1,E-2,TN, TD and others), exchange (J-1), as well as permanent residency (green cards) based on employment (EB-1,EB-2,EB-3), investment (EB-5), and family ties (spouse, fiancé, or relatives) or Special Immigration Juvenile Status for minors. We also advise businesses on work authorization issues, and assist individuals with naturalization.

Christopher S. Cummings, Of Counsel

Attorney Cummings is a managing partner of Cummings & Messer,
Attorneys at Law, which serves as "of counsel" for Bertolino, LLP on immigration law issues. The son of a judge and former prosecutor, Chris Cummings grew up in a courtroom. That early life experience put him on a path to his career as an attorney. He learned at a young age the value of a strong work ethic and the importance of developing relationships based on loyalty and trust. He takes pride in the fact that clients rely on his legal expertise to represent them, and it's that loyalty and trust that drive him to dedicate himself to his clients. Since law school, Attorney Cummings has focused on employment law, including safe-guarding employers, domestic and foreign investments, contracts, and defending employee rights.
