Specific Matters of Representation:
- Handles all stages of trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts, including Alternate Dispute Resolution.
- Represents a diverse client base including debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, parties dealing with financially distressed businesses, asset purchasers, equity holders and other interested parties in bankruptcy litigation proceedings.
- Counsels the entrepreneur or the business executive on business matters, business formulation and strategic planning.
- Assists businesses and individuals in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including resolving complex contract disputes.
- Conducts legal research and draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and client opinion letters for businesses and individuals.
- Assists construction companies in the initial formulation of construction projects (including preparation of bid documents and professional agreements) through construction contract preparation and administration, to the handling of contract claims after construction is complete.
- Represents creditors in the collection of commercial accounts, lease balances, notes receivable and other contract debt.
