William I. Jang

William Jang is an Attorney who has been with Bertolino LLP since 2006.  He has been practicing law since 1996, focusing his professional efforts on the issues of immigration law since 1999.  He offers his clients a high rate of success concerning the on-time approval of immigration applications and petitions, and works diligently to resolve any complications in the rare instance that a delay or problem may occur. Mr. Jang has successfully handled most immigration matters including naturalization/citizenship applications, employment based and family based permanent residence (green card) petitions, temporary visas/status petitions and applications including H (Professionals and Temporary Workers), L (International Company Transferees),F (Students), K (fiancé and spouse of US Citizens), E (Investors and traders), and R (religious)visas/status. 
In addition to his work in immigration law, Mr. Jang is available to assist clients with business establishments and transactions as well as matters of personal injury law.  He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1996.
Mr. Jang earned his law degree from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas.  He is fluent in English and Korean and speaks limited Spanish.  He has published several legal works for the Korean American Association of Austin and is a member of various professional and social organizations such as the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  He is also a Director with the Austin Korean American Association and serves with The National Unification Advisory Council of South Korea.
