Kelly Marie Ferreira O'Bryan Da Mota
Kelly O’Bryan da Mota is an Associate who joined Bertolino LLP in August 2010. Among other things, she practices in the areas of international corporate law and immigration law, working on immigration matters that affect both families and employment situations. Clients who come to Ms. da Mota will find that she is well-versed on the challenges facing immigrants and ready to advise them of every possible legal option. She also strives to develop strong relationships with clients, representing them at hearings and depositions and providing counsel that is tailored to each person’s unique circumstances.
Ms. da Mota earned her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin and also completed a course of study in international corporate law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Spain. Before being admitted to the Texas Bar in May 2010, she earned years of experience working as a law clerk assisting with cases involving commercial litigation, labor and employment law, intellectual property law, and immigration. In nearly every instance, her ability to translate complex legal documents between English and Spanish proved valuable both to her employers and clients.
